The technical tasks: Normalization of hydro geological mode of the ecological system of the Tigrovaja Balka with the objective of achieving eco-system development.

I. The building of the floodgate dam on the channel from the Halkakul channel lake - Dedovo to Allakuli Lake.

1. The transportation of a bulldozer on a trailer from the central country estate of the national reserve to cordon of "Royal woodland”.
The distance of transportation is 50 km. Duration - 1day.

2. The moving with a bulldozer from cordon of the "Royal woodland” to the place of work. The distance is 5 km. The duration of the work brigade is for 1 day.

3. The work on stocking up local soil for blocking up the channels. The volume of the soil is 200 m3. The duration of the time of the brigade is for 2 days.

4. The work on installing the dam on the channel, trampling. The expenses of brigade time are 2 days.

5. The transportation of the brigade to place of the work and back (80 km) - 10 journeys.
